Re: Findings of Fact, application of Adams Construction
Company, Inc., 29 Intervale Road, Burlington
On the 23rd of April 19 85 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved btxxN%hU1d the
request of Adams Construction Company, 25 Berard Drive
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access is adequate with a 25 foot wide
driveway off of Berard Drive. The curb opening shall be
concrete and depressed to 12 inches above the existing street
grade.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Eleven spaces wtih a 27 foot
wide aisle are provided. Two spaces for loading and unloading
trucks are provided.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A bond for $5000 will be posted
prior to permit.
OTHER - On site sewage disposal data including perc test
results shall be submitted to the City Engineer for review
and approval. Manually operated smoked vents shall be in-
stalled in the roof of the building for Tire protection an
control. Building permit shall be obtained within 6 months.
