On the llth of November 19 80 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved orxdxg the
request of Richard Barnier
for truck terminal under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Adequate for trucks and cars. Access road is
graveled; will be paved next spring.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate for trucks (inside) and for em-
ployees' cars.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Outside storage will take place only in
designated fenced -in area. Area to be enclosed by stockade fence.
