On the llth of March 19 80 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or denied the
request of Rene Berard '
for 5,000 square foot industrail building under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS. Adequate. City street must be extended along
entire frontage of lot prior to occupancy. Bonding prior to issuance of
a building permit.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING. Appears adequate for most uses. If
some use will require additional parking spaces, application shall return
to the Planning Commission.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING • $1500 bond shall be provided.
4. OTHER. On site sewage disposal information including a percolation
test shall be furnished prior to issuance of a building permit.
