Re: Findings of Fact, application of Paul Adams, lot #17,

On the 22nd of November 19 83 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or dx&M the
request of Paul Adams
for site plan under Section 19.10
of the South Burling of n Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Curb opening existing at end of cul-de-sac. Minor
traffic movements to this area.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Parking is adequate, additional area is
available for expansion.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Landscaping conforms to requirements.
Area should be properly screened.
