DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 9th day of January, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of John Crabbe,
Jr., 14 Berard Drive, South Burlington, Vermont based on the
following facts and findings:
1) The appellant is requesting permission to occupy a 23,600
square foot structure for storage, repair and rental of
tents including 1500 square feet of office area.
2) A reduction in the number of employees is being proposed.
Five people during the winter months and 20 during summer
months.
3) The proposed use is in keeping with the essential character
of the neighborhood.
4) The proposed use would generate less traffic than the prior
use.
5) Less water and sewer use than the prior use.
6) All other bylaws are in compliance.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
for a conditional use is hereby granted.
