The applicant is proposing to adjust the boundary between the two properties in order to comply with a judicial order issued in 1986 (attached). The total acreage conveyed as a result of this boundary line adjustment is 0.02 acres. This is a minor property line adjustment and results in no substantial change to setbacks, coverages, or other dimensional requirements as regulated in the South Burlington Land Development Regulations. Both properties are still in full compliance with the Land Development Regulations. The applicant appeared before the Development Review Board for sketch plan review on June 20, 2006 (minutes attached). The Board had no concerns at that time. There have been no changes to the application since the sketch plan review. Staff fully supports the property line adjustment and recommends that the South Burlington Development Review Board approve Final Plat Application #SP-06-72.
