SOUTH BURLINGTON DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
5 SEPTEMBER 2006
The South Burlington Development Review Board held a regular meeting on
Tuesday, 5 September 2006, at 7:30 p.m., at South Burlington High School.
Members Present: J. Dinklage, Chair; G. Quimby, R. Farley, M. Birmingham, M. Behr,
E. Knudson, P. Plumeau
Also Present: C. LaRose, Associate Planner; B. McDonough, Planning & Zoning
Assistant; R. Larson, O. Jenkins, V. Lovett, J. & A. Sorrell, G. & R. Wells, M. Courcelle,
L. Bresee, T. Lyman, S. Gibbs, G. Provost, J. Matosky, C. McDermott, R. McEwing, C.

1. Other Business:
Mr. Dinklage welcomed new Board members Eric Knudson and Peter Plumeau. He also
thanked outgoing member Chuck Bolton for his years of service to the Board.
Ms. LaRose noted that continuances have been requested for agenda items # 10 and # 12.
2. Minutes of 1 August and 15 August 2006:
Ms. Quimby moved to approve the Minutes of 1 August 2006 as written. Mr.
Birmingham seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Ms. Quimby moved to approve the Minutes of 15 August 2006 as written. Mr. Farley
seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Public Hearing: Final Plat Application #SD-06-72 of Peter Cherouney &
Susan Jacques for a boundary line adjustment between 43 Pheasant Way
and 15 Quail Run:
Mr. Dinklage noted that both properties will still be in compliance with all City
regulations.
Ms. Quimby moved to approve Final Plat Application #SD-06-72 of Peter Cherouney
and Susan Jacques subject to the stipulations in the draft motion. Mr. Farley seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
4. Sketch Plan Application #SD-06-74 of James & Ann Sorrell and Douglas
Lifton for a boundary line adjustment between 9 Adams Court and 7
Brownell Way:
Ms. LaRose said it wasn't clear to staff if the acreage given was the existing or proposed
acreage. Mr. Jenkins said it is the proposed acreage. Ms. LaRose said staff will need

Enclosed, please find a copy of the Findings of Fact and Decision of the above
referenced project approved by the South Burlington Development Review Board
on September 5, 2006 (effective 9/5/06). Please note the conditions of approval,
including that the amended final plat plans must be recorded in the land records
within 180 days (must be recorded by 3/2107) of this approval or this approval is
null and void.
