Re: findings of Fact, application of C. David DeSarno and Janet
M. DeSarno for change in use from body shop to wholesale, retail,
industrial or distribution use, 12 Berard Drive.
On the 29th of March 1988, the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of David DeSarno for site plan
approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is adequate from the existing
driveway.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: Landscaping is adequate.
4. OTHER: Any build' g ,jj��ermits shall be obtained within 6
months or this approv�s//null and/"void/!
