Gentlemen:
This is in regards to our request for a permit to enlarge
our dwelling at 20 Peterson Terrace.
The reason we wish to expand is to upgrade the quality of
our lives with a view to adequate facilities for easier
living in our declining years.
We have lived here for more than 20 years and have become
accustomed to the area and would prefer to remain in it.
In order to do that, we need more space on one floor.
