Dear Mr. McGlynn:
Be a-dvised that the S.outh rurlinFton Zoning l oard of Ad just-
ment has apprcved your request for a zoning; variance with
the stipulation that there be a 20 foot set -back.
They did however rule that because of a technicality wi+hin
the ordinance regarding the boarding house use they would
have tc consider your proposal as a use variance which they
approved. A use variance requires sanction by the City
Ccuhcil. The Council will hold a meetirLE on Monday,
November 19, 1('73 at 7 :30 p.m. You are required to attend.
