On the 27th day of January, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Yiota
Ahladas, 3 Pavili011 Avenue, (:Q.C.Z>. , based on the fallowing facts
and findings:
1) The results of a survey (completed by the City) created a
side yard setback problem.
2) Lot contains approximately 2000 square feet with 35 feet
frontage, very non -complying to todays 2onin;- by-laws.
3) Reasonable use, plus no possibility of compliance.
4) Existing structure located within two and one half feet of'
side yard.
Based upon the above stateq facus and findings the appellant's
