HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-86-0000 - Decision - 0400 Patchen Road (2)FINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of William Peters for construction of a 3800 square foot addition to Harrington Brothers building, 400 Patchen Road. On the 18th of November 1986, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of William Peters for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access shall remain from Patchen Road. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate around the building. An access road connects to the landfill road. Nineteen parking spaces are shown. No parking shall be allowed along the south eastern side of the building. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A revised landscaping plan shall be ,submitted to the Planner for approval prior to permit. It shall include $1200 in new landscaping and a 5 foot grassed strip along the south eastern property line. 4.
