HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-85-0000 - Decision - 0397 Patchen Road (2)FINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BUR LINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Frank Cota 397 Patchen Road, South Burlington, Vermont On the 23rd of April 1985 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approved )oxxid2enihid the request of Frank Cota, 397 Patchen Road for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - The center driveway shall be closed and landscaped. The northern and southern driveways shall be no wider than 36 feet. The area between the northern and southern driveways shall be landscaped for a depth of 15 feet from the property line. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Parking shall be completed as shown on the plan. The aisles around the buildings shall be kept free of boats, dumpsters and other obstructions. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREcNING - A $1200 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. Revised plans shall show $1200 worth of landscaping in the new 15 foot strip. Plans shall be submitted to the Planner for approval prior to permit. 4) The permit shall be obtained within 6 months.
