In accordance with the South Burlington Zoning Regulations and
Chapter 117, Title 24, V.S.A the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the South Burlington
Municipal Offices, Conference Room, 575 Dorset Street, South
Burlington, Vermont on Monday, February 26, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. to
consider the following:
1) Appeal of Gary Barrett seeking a variance from Section 9.10
Permitted uses and Section 19.65 Multiple uses of the South
Burlington Regulations. Request is for permission to operate a
automotive service business containing approximately 750 square
feet in conjunction with an existing business d.b.a. Barrett Tree
Service, located at 376 Patchen Road.
2) Appeal of Gary & Helen Chadwick seeking a variance from
Section 19.00 Non -complying structures of the South Burlington
Regulations. Request is for permission to construct a 10' x 15'
addition and 14' x 14' family room, plus a second story addition
to a single-family dwelling which is non -complying to the minimum
dimensional requirements, located at 420 White Street.
