Request is for permission to operate a automotive service business containing approximately 750 square feet in conjunction with an existing business d.b.a. Barrett Tree Service, located at 376 Patchen Road. 2) Appeal of Gary & Helen Chadwick seeking a variance from Section 19.00 Non -complying structures of the South Burlington Regulations. Request is for permission to construct a 10' x 15' addition and 14' x 14' family room, plus a second story addition to a single-family dwelling which is non -complying to the minimum dimensional requirements, located at 420 White Street.
