DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of October, 1990, the South Burlington Zor:inL
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gary
Barrett, 376 Patchen Road based on the following facts and find-
ings:
1) Present non -conforming use of lot is more than reasonable
use of property. Expansion is not warranted by any evidence
presented.
2) No hardship other than economic.
3) Variance if granted would be detrimental to the area.
4) As presented by the neighbors the proposal would and has
changed the essential character of the neighborhood.
Based upon the above sta�nid facts and findings the appellant's
