"For cut-out letters, the basis for the area of the sign shall be computed by taking one-half the area enclosed within the smallest regular geometric figure or figures needed to encompass all letters, including vertical and horizontal spaces between letters." So, if all signs are individual letters, we effectively have 501 square feet of sign area. Other restrictions: "The maximum size of an individual wall sign is 15% of the fagade to which it is attached, or 10 square feet, whichever is smaller. Up to two signs per tenant. Signs may be attached to as many facades as have an actively used public entrance. Property owner must divide up signage area among tenants." Let's assume that each of the three corner tenants have a maximum of 120 square feet you could allow them to use, and the middle (Photogarden) could have a maximum of 80 square feet. That would be a total of 440 sq. ft. (all signs with individual letters). With the 501 sq. ft. calculated above, you would still have 61 sq. ft. to use elsewhere. If you compare this theoretical total with the actual as now proposed (below), you'll see that you are well within these parameters.
