As far as I remember, that sign on the street was originally permitted to begin with. I know that there is SECUR
SHRED, and HER LOOK, there is one business there now that did their own decal on that sign. I think they were
only a single space occupancy.
So the sq. ft. plan looks like this:

I'll attach the drawing I did for the street sign. The limitation on the message area sq. ft. total is taking into
consideration the sq. ft, limitation alotted for that type of sign.
Right now the Scholastics company wants to get their sign on the street in place. They said they would get back
to me if they had more information about their other sign needs, but not at the moment.
