Dear Mr. Anton:
Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Hoard of Adjustment
has granted your request for a zoning variance.
The Board stipulated approval on the followings
1. use is to be for the construction of prefabrication of
wood buildings only.
2. construction will be indoors only.
3. all products will be stored indoors only.
4, use of the property as a contractor's yard will be dis-
continued immediately upon the stargrof business by Mr. Elmore
and passive use as a contractor's yard will be discontinued within
12 months.
The Hoard will issue formal findings at a later date. If you have
