Please accept this letter as the appeal of Gary Barrett and
Barrett`s Tree Service for the denial of a permit to use the property
at 374 Patchen Road, South Burlington, Vermont, the former Redi-Built
property.
The intended use is as a tree service office and warehouse only.
The previous application also requested an auto service facility in
addition to the above use. This second request has been deleted from
this application.
Mr. Barrett has had negotiations with Joseph and Shirley Lane,
the objective adjoining landowner and an agreement has been struck
between them for mutually satisfactory property usage and enjoyment.
