lotions. Request Is for permission to
convert an existing single family
dwelling Into a two family dwwellino,

with 7S feet frontage, located at 21
Cottage Grove Avenue.
2. Appeal of Clayton and Ernestine
DeGroff seeking a variance from
Section 13.00, Non -conforming uses
& structures and Section 11.00
Dimensional requirements of the
South Burlington Zoning Regu-
lations. Request is for permission to
construct a 30' x AS' repair and
storage gorage with an attached 15'.x
15' office to within fifteen (15) feet of
the required rear yard, area In ques-
tion Is located within a residential
zone, located at 355 Patchen Rood.
3. Appeal of Alan Palmer seeking a
variance from Section 10.00, Per-
mitted Uses, Section 11.15 Multiple
uses i Section 11.00 Dimensional re-
quirements of the South Burlington
Zoning Regulations. Request Is for
Permission to remove an existing
residential structure and construct a
40, x 60' - 2 story steel building on o
,lot containing 4,000 square feet,
Presently occupied by two other
structures. Sold building to be lo.
sated to within fifty (50) feet of the
. required front yard and .six (6) feet
of the easterly side yard. Proposed
use of structure to be warehousing,
distributing, manufacturing and of-
fice area, located at 2071 Williston
Road.
