ADDENDUM TO DEPOSIT RECEIPT AND SALES AGREEMENT
Referring to a certain Sales Agreement dated 1/23/85 by and
between Calvin B. and Nancy S. Killen, Purchasers, and Ireland
Real Estate, LTD, Sellers.
The following property described as follows: #6 Bay Court
South Burlington, Vermont.
Price: $155,900.00
The City of South Burlington has designated the address to
be 2 Bay Court. Accordingly, the purpose of this addendum is to
change the address on the abovementioned Sales Agreement from 6
Bay Court to 2 Bay Court, South Burlington.
In lieu of construction of the rear deck as described on the
listing sheet the buyers and sellers agree that said deck will
not be constructed. It is agreed that a substitute porch will be
constructed when weather permits and the additional cost will be
paid upon completion. A credit of $500.00 is to be applied to the
cost of other improvements being completed by contractor/seller.
This addendum is attached to and becomes part of the above
mentioned Sales Agreement. All of the terms and conditions as
set forth in the attached Agreement are to remain as stated.
