HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB-91-0000 - Decision - 0079 Patchen RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION & FINDING OF FACT On the 8th day of April, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Thomas and Kathryn Laidman, 79 Patchen Road, based on the following facts and findings: 1) Lot has existed in present configuration for 56 years. 2) Changing district from residential to commercial created the hardship. 3) Any reasonable commercial use of the property would require a variance. 4) A twenty foot driveway is required in order to use property for commercial use. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the applicant's request for a variance is hereby approved.
