Lot drawn to scale (20 foot scale if possible.)
Location of streets, abutting properties, fire hydrants, existing
buildings, existing landscaping.
Existing and proposed curb cuts, pavement, walkways.
Proposed landscaping plan (number, variety and size) equal to of
greater than the required amount in the Zoning Regulations.
Number and location of Parking Spaces: (9' x 18') with 22 or 24
foot aisles as required.
Number and location of compact car spaces. (This requires sepa-
rate Planning Commission approval).
Number and location of handicapped spaces as required. (13 feet.
by 20 feet in size, one per every fifty spaces).
Location of septic tanks (if applicable).

10 FARRELL STREET CORPORATION - REVISE PARKING LAYOUT - SITE PLAN
--- a revised landscaping plan should be submitted which
incorporates the revised parking layout.
UNIVERSITY MALL - TEMPORARY PARKING - SKETCH PLAN
--- final plat should include a planting schedule for the proposed
landscaping.
--- staff recommends planting a row of shrubs and/or trees along
Dorset Street similar to the originally approved plan.
--- the final plat should include two separate plans, one with
5,000 square foot building and one without building.
--- Section 605 in the subdivision regulations allows a Planning
Commission approval to remain in effect for a maximum of 3
years.
S.D. MANSFIELD, INC. - COMMUNITY MEETING SPACE - REVISED FINAL
PLAT
--- plans are acceptable.
SADIE KHOURI - EXPAND PRE-SCHOOL - SITE PLAN
--- provide gross square footage of building used for the pre-
school and gross square footage used for office use (this #
should equal gross square footage of building).
--- plan does not show all the landscaping in the vicinity of the
pre-school building, plan should be revised.
--- plan should have a title, date and scale.
--- plan shows six (6) spaces east of access drive opposite main
entrance to building and there are only five (5) spaces.
--- the handicapped space should be indicated.
--- there is a gravel drive located at the west end of the site
which has never been approved, this area should be returned to
grass.
--- provide square footage breakdown for all uses in the easterly

commercial building.
--- show all parking spaces and landscaping adjacent to the
easterly building.
--- the parking spaces located to the north of the pre-school
building should be 9'x 181.
--- the pole light shown located in front of the pre-school
building is not correctly located.
