Subjects Conversion of house at corner of TAite St. and Patchen Rd. to
shop and office space.
PROPOSAL
We propose to do the following work and to provide the materials
necessarys
1. Remove partitions as needed, interior stairs, chimney and other
appropriate existing conditions.
2. Install fir support beams and posts
3. Repair and replace existing sill and floor joists as needed on
northeast corner of building.
4. Install new partitions as shown on floor plan.
5. Install plumbing as shown including rough in for toilet and lavatory
on 2nd floor. (specialty fixtures to be provided by owner)
6. Install new 150 amp electrical entrance, wire as needed for shop
and provide electric baseboard heat with line voltage wall mount
thermostats. Seperate metering for offices will require add. entrance.
7. Construct new main entrance -final design to be determined.
(Allowance-$1500)
8. Construct outside stair and entrance to 2nd floor office space.
To be located at rear of building -final design to be determined.
(Allowance-$2000)
9. Owner will provide finish floor covering and will provide labor
and material for all painting.
