DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of October, 1990, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Blaine
Sprout, 76 Bartlett Bay Road based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Unique physical circumstances which prohibits any type
improvements without a variance.
2) Hardship not created by appellant, variance granted allowing
for existing structure.
3) Variance will enhance the existing non -conforming structure.
4) Least modification which will afford relief.
