DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 14th day of January, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Alan
Palmer, 20 Palmer Heights based on the following facts and find-
ings:
1) Request is to allow a contractor and a auto repair business
within the same building. Both seem compatible to one another.
2) The proposal as stated is in keeping with the immediate area.
3) Traffic should not create a problem. Applicant proposes not
more than 10 vehicles on site at any one time.
4) No adverse affects on municipal facilities.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
k request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
Stipulation:
Vehicles under repair s 1 not be tored for a period to exceed
three days and not r ar/foud�hic.les at any one time.
