Both seem compatible to one another. 2) The proposal as stated is in keeping with the immediate area. 3) Traffic should not create a problem. Applicant proposes not more than 10 vehicles on site at any one time. 4) No adverse affects on municipal facilities. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's k request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
