HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-88-0000 - Decision - 4090 Williston RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CH I TTENDEN S �' CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Robert and Sheila Rochefort for operation of a retail tire and service center in an existing 4800 square foot building at lot #5, Muddy Brook Industrial Park. On the 15th of November 1988, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Robert and Sheila Rochefort for site plan'approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access would remain from the 46 foot wide curb cut on Palmer Court. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING Circulation is adequate and is provided on the east and south sides of the building. The plan shows 20 parking spaces (17 are required). The parking lot shall be graded so that the portion of the lot south of the building shall drain to the east. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $450 3-year landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. A dying pine tree along Palmer Court shall be replaced by a healthy 6 foot pine tree. 4. OTHER: Approval is based upon the expressed representation by applicant that: 1) all old tires shall be stored in the fenced storage area; 2) there shall be no sale of gasoline or automobiles; 3) vehicles shall be stored for no longer than 30 days, 4) no trailers shall be used for storage. 5.
