HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0000 - Decision - 0115 0117 Oakwood DriveSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the llth of July 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Susan Eaton, 115-117 Oakwood Drive based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting permission to construct a two family dwelling on a lot located within the setback (150 feet) of the Interstate right-of-way. 2) A right-of-way to Green Mountain Power has created a hardship to this property. 3) Variance for a similar project was granted in July 1990. This project is the same proposal. 4) Subdivision approved and developed prior to construction of interstate system. 5) The general character of the area will not be affected by this use.
