Subject: Case #EC-4-1060-3; Negligible Boundary Line Adjustment Between Lots
#70 & #83 Located on Moss Glen Lane and Mill Pond Lane in the City of
South Burlington, Vermont.
I reviewed your letter and related information regarding the above subject boundary line
adjustments that affect Lots 970 and #83 of Permit #EC-4-1060-3. The'information
provided includes the plan "Minor Lot Line Adjustment Plan Lots 70 & 83" dated 10/21/10
prepared by DuBois & King, Inc.
This office has determined that this minor boundary line adjustment would result in a
negligible effect on the potable water supplies and wastewater systems serving Lots #70
and #83. Therefore the boundary line adjustment qualifies for the exemption stated by the
Wastewater System and Potable Water Supply Rules, Section 1-304(a)(11).
Please note that this letter does not relieve the landowner from complying with all rules and
regulations administered by the City of South Burlington, the Act 250 Environmental
Commission or other State Agencies.
