relocate sewer line and establish rear property line which may
require a survey. Zoning Board may wish it so stipulated.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to inform you that Mr. Lawrence Barney is
employed by St. Joseph's Home for the Aged in Burlington, VT. He
is employed on a part time basis and is limited in his capacity
medically because of heart, back and joint conditions. He can
work only mornings due to his physical therapy sessions done at
home in the afternoon which includes a hot tub, stationary
bicycle, treadmill and weight machine. All of this equipment is
medically necessary.

decisions you will make concerning Mr. Barney's permit
application.
