DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 23rd day of April, 1994, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Gilbert
Barney, 26 Mt. View Boulevard based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Applicant is requesting a 12'x22' addition to within
seventeen feet nine inches (17.9) of the rear property line.
2) Lot is irregular in shape, northerly property line abuts side
yard of neighboring property.
3) Addition will provide living area to be occupied by ailing
parent.
4) Addition will not alter the general character of the area.
5) Location of a existing c governs the placement of
proposed addition.
