In accordance with the South Bur.
lington Zoning Regulations and
Chapter 91, Title 24 V.S.A. the South
Burlington Zoning Board at Adiustm-
ment will hold a public hearing at
the South Burlington City Offices,
-Conference Room, 1175 Williston
Road, South Burlington, Vermont on
Monday, April 18, 1977, at 5:00 p.m,
to consider the following:
1. Appeal of Limoge Brothers, Inc.
seeking approval, under Section 8. 10,
Conditional uses, subsection 8.114 of
the South Burlington Zoning Regu-
lations. Request is for permission to
construct a thirty (30) unit motel (88'
x 54') on o porcel of land located, at
833 Queen City Park Road.
2. Appeal of Wickes Lumber seek-
ing approval, under Section 8.10,
Condltional use, subsection 8.109 of
the South Burlington Zoning Regu-
lations. Request is for permission to
construct a 32x 168 umbrella shed,
used for outside storage of building
materials, of IB25 Shelburne Road.
3- Appeal at Richard Fournier,
Charles Wilkins, Agent seeking a
variance, from Section 11.15. Mul-
tiple Uses of the South Burlington
Zoning Regulations. Request is for
permission to operate a tennis ac-

conjunction with professional of-

ing a variance, from Section 11.00,
Dimensional requirements and 11-80,
Dweiling Unit Standards of the South
Burlington Zoning Regulations. Re-
quest is for permission to convert a
single family unit to include an effi-
ciencv unit containing 512 square
feet on a lot containing 7,000 square
feet, at 57 Kirby Road.
5. Appeal of Marion M. Dubie
seeking a variance, from Section
11,00, Dimensional requirements of
the South Burlington Zoning Regu
lotions. Request is for permission tc
construct an attached 16 x 20 ga-
rage to within seven (7) feet of the
required side Yard, of 54 Logwood
Street.
