AIR NEW ENGLAND
Proposal is to construct a hangar on property of the Burlington
International Airport.
Area is zoned Airport -Industrial District.
Use allowed.
Section 11.85 provides no structure shall exceed 35 feet in
height.
Hangar proposed is 130' x 1441, 45 feet in height to highest
point.

Lot size 39,600 sq. ft.
Existing building 16,580 sq. ft.
Proposed addition 3,132 sq. ft.
Total lot coverage 19,713 sq. ft. or 49.7 per cent.
Maximum coverage allowed 30% or 11,880 sq. ft.

30' side and rear yards required.
Addition to showroom (20' x 1081) to be constructed within
one (1) foot of the property line.
Addition_ to warehouse (18' x 541) to be constructed on the

Proposal is to add a full second level over house and garage.
Estimated cost of addition $12,000.
