A. REASONS FOR REgUEST

1. Ownership of two (2) vehicles and one (1) camping trailer,
of which two (2) will utilize the garage.
2. The utilization of too much of the back yard if pushed back
and detached from the house.
3. I plan to purchase a "snow blower" in the fall, so conse-
quently will need more space.
B . SEVERAL
1. The neighbors (on the north side) have been approached and
there are not any ob4ections.
2. Fire Emergencies
a. There will a ill be a space of 15' between both structures,
and 17' 8" of space between structures on the south side.
b. There is also a strip of unused real estate between
"Suburban Acres" and the rear of our houses, which is
accessible to 'Vehicles. (By Williston Rd. or Victory
Drive).
3. This will be a presentable structure and will not be an
eyesore to the neighborhood.
4. This will also increase the tax revenue for the City by
approximately $108.00 annually.
5. It is apparent that similar request have already been granted
and approved on this same avenue.
