Chapter 117. Title 2A V.S.A. the South
Burlington Zoning Board of Adjust-
ment will hold a public hearing at
the South Burlington City Offices,
Conference Room, 1175 Williston
Road, South Burlington, Vermont, on
Monday, January 9, 1978, at 5:00
p.m. to consider the following:
1. Appeal of Mary Mothon, Russell
Niouette, Jr., Agent seeking o varl-
once, from Section 11.00, Dimen-
tional requirements & Section 11.80
dwelling standards of the South Bur-
lington Zoning Regulations. Request
is for permission t0 convert a single
family dwelling into a two family
dwelling (additional living area
available by enclosing open deck),
lot in question contains 11,250 squore
feet, proposed apartment to contain
approximately 650 square feet, of 25
Milhom Court.
2. Appeal of Alan D. Palmer seeking',
a variance, from Section 11.15, Mul-
tiple uses of the South Burlington
Zoning Regulations. Request is for
permission to construct a 40' X 60'
storage building for use in conjunc-
tion with an existing business
(Palmer Company, Ltd.) lot also oc-
cupied by another 40' X 60' building,
located at 2071 Williston Rood, as
per plans on file with the Zoning Ad-
ministrator, City Hall.
3. Appeal of Wilbur Clark seeking 0
variance, from Section 13.00, non-
conforming uses R structures of the

lations. Request Is for permission to
