Very truly, Richard Ward, Zoning Administrative Officer Encls RW/mcp STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION & FINDING OF FACT On the 13th of August, 1990 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Charles Siebke, 3 Mill Pond Lane based on the following facts and findings: 1) Hardship not created by the appellant, not aware of the encroachment at the time of purchase. 2) Design of structure given the lot size limits any deck or porch. 3) Variance should not alter the general character of the area. 4) Will enhance the general appearance of the neighborhood. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request for a variance is hereby approved.
