The Board found that your request failed to meet criteria #1 of Section 4468 having to deal with unique physical circumstances or conditions, to include narrowness, irregularly of your lot and that no unnecessary hardship results. Having reviewed your application further I believe we can accept ,your application under Section 19.653 multiple structures for one user. The City Attorney is of the same opinion. Should you split the uses of the building at a later date, you will be subject to those bylaws then in affect. Site plan review by the Planning Commission is still scheduled for the February- 23, 1988 agenda.
