Please find enclosed a Miscellaneous Fill application for the proposed permanent
placement of fill on Lot 1 at the Meadowland Business Park.
The fill currently on property is subject to a temporary fill permit authorized by the City.
This application seeks permission to make this the permanent location of the 70,000
CY of material brought in from the Kennedy Drive reconstruction project.
As the site is substantially stabilized with meadow grasses, no supplemental EPSC
measures are proposed as part of this application. There are two topsoil piles on the
high point of the land which are proposed to be removed and are not depicted as part of
the proposed contours.
These are the same lands subject to a separate application for a 4-lot subdivision of Lot
1 (under separate cover).
