I believe the color chosen by the sign company matches those approved in the Master Sign Permit. There will be no other changes to the sign. After researching the City's Grand Listing it appears that the land is owned by P&V, LLC (Peter & Vilma Jacob) and the ATM kiosk building is owned by the bank which is still listed as Howard Bank with a TD Bank mailing address.
