SUBJECT: MP‐10‐01 255 Kennedy Drive Master Plan Amendment

O’Brien Farm Road, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the applicant, is seeking to amend a previously approved
master plan for a planned unit development to develop 39.16 acres with a maximum of 458 dwelling units and
45,000 square feet of office space. The amendment is to add 0.60 acres to Zone 2A without changing the
approvals or use for that zone and remove 0.60 acres from Zone 7, 255 Kennedy Drive.
Staff has previously prepared a draft decision for this application. However, in light of the applicant’s proposal
to develop additional lands of Zone 7 beyond the area of this proposed amendment, discussed in the
September 15, 2020 Staff Comments for SD‐20‐16, Staff recommends the Board offer the applicant the
opportunity to amend this request to reflect those additional lands.
