Recommend a substitute for Callery Pear. Callery pear tend to become brittle and are subject to storm breakage as they age(depending on cultivar). They also tend to sucker from the
base creating additional maintenance. Some potential substitutes of similar size are Amur Maackia, Persian Parrotia, Korean Mountain Ash, European and American Hornbeam
