Hi Jenn,
Thanks for checking in. We are scheduled to do the drilling work next week (June 10th) and sampling the following week
or so. Below are estimated target dates for key milestones from an environmental perspective.
We can certainly share a copy of the CAP that’s submitted to the VT DEC. If the City has specific concerns regarding the
contamination, they are welcome to reach out to us so that we can discuss the environmental work planned for the site;
or, they can contact the VT DEC site manager, Lynda Provencher (Lynda.provencher@vermont.gov, 802.249.5562).
If you have any questions, please let me know.
~Clare

Hi Clare,
I wanted to check in about the ECAA and CAP. I know that you had mentioned last month that you received approval to
proceed, so I wanted to make sure you had everything you needed from the design team at this point. Do you have a
rough idea of how long approval should take from this point?
Also, the City has expressed general concern about the contamination at the site. I was wondering if it would be helpful
to submit a copy of the CAP to the City at some point during the process.
Thanks!
Jenn
