The project is located at 57 Hinesburg Road in the City of South Burlington. An 11”x17” copy of the proposed site plan is attached. A public information meeting will be held on April 13, 2020 at 7PM and due to current health concerns will be a teleconference. Please call 1-646-558-8656 and use meeting ID# 377636373 to join the meeting. This is a toll number and if you incur charges they will be reimbursed to you by Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity. The purpose of this meeting is to give landowners and residents the opportunity to review the proposed application and provide input and feedback to the applicant on the Application for Site Plan Review. This notice is being sent to you because you have been identified as an abutting landowner to the proposed land development. The distribution of this information to the abutting landowners is required by the City’s Land Development Regulations. You are encouraged to attend and participate in the public information meeting. If you are unable to attend the public information meeting, written comments may also be submitted.
