DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
on the 13th day of March, 1995 the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of City of South
Burlington, Bartlett Bay Treatment Plant, 15 Bartlett Bay Road
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Applicant is requesting to construct a 7875 square foot
building that along with existing structures will result in a lot
coverage of twenty six (26) percent.
2) The area in question is zoned Residential 1 District whereas
all other lands owned by the City is zoned Municipal District.
3) A greater lot coverage is allowed in Commercial and Municipal
Districts.
4) Planning Commission will consider a change in designation of
the land in question.
5) An increase in lot coverage less than 2% represents a minimum
variance.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for
a variance is hereby granted.
