HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-92-0000 - Decision - 0005 Bartlett Bay Road0 STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 14th day of September 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Grossman's, Richard Halverson agent, 5 Bartlett Bay Road on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant proposing to construct 39 parking spaces within the Conservation -Open Space. Utility corridor located within the railway right-of-way. 2) Both utilities (Velco and Green Mountain Power) have granted permission to construct within the easement. 3) Character of the minor stream has been altered by installation of water and sewer lines. 4) Not a significant stream alteration in terms of a nine foot encroachment. 5) Represents a minimum variance.
