Ashley we are fine with the signs here at Pomerleau but would like Mike to chime in. On the
back lot as you may have seen we got the top soil berm done but the trees they got were the
wrong ones O will put in when we get them. Please ask your mowers to keep cleaned up and this
should grow up nice.

Hi Steve and Mike,
Steve - If I should speak to someone different at Pomerleau, please advise
FAHC is planning on making some exterior sign updates at #1 and #3 Timber Lane in anticipation of our moving
South Burlington Family Practice into the facility this weekend.
South Burlington Zoning requires that we obtain a permit for the changes, which I need to have signed by the
owners by Thursday for Friday's installation. I was just asked today to obtain signatures, so I apologize for the
short notice.
What would be the best way for me to get the permit to you for signatures (assuming you don't object to our
changes). I've attached a copy of the road side sign and the new sign on the right of the entrance as you enter
the common vestibule.
I could bring the permit to you personally, I could scan and email to you - you sign and either scan or fax back,
whichever is most convenient for you both. I don't think we need to worry about having both signatures on the
same permit - I can submit both copies. Please advise.
