That should cover the 10 ft and then the 1 ft from the set back. Additionally it will not be higher than 14 ft 8 inch.Please enclose this E-mail as part of our application. I will forward a check for $55.00 for the fee. This plan indicates that the sidewalk is 10 feet from the street right-of-way (ROW), not less then 5 ft. which is what I believed to be the case. Pursuant to section 9 (d) (1) (B) of the sign ordinance, where the outer edge of the ROW is more than 5 ft. from the sidewalk, no part of a free-standing sign shall be placed closer than one (1) foot from the ROW. I can't tell from the plan you submitted if this requirement will be met. Also, the $55 fee has yet to be submitted.
