Delivery and/or installation are not included unless specifically stated on invoice. Changes and/or additions caused by the customer, special consultations, permit fees, packing, shipping, and all other work expenses that can not be estimated accurately in advance will be billed as extra unless specified herein. For installation of electrical signs, price does not include materials or labor to run wiring to the sign location, to purchase and or install photo eyes or time clock devices, and final electrical connections unless specified herein. Unexpected charges arising from removal of old signs and/or installation of customer’s signs will be billed separately. Customer is responsible for disposal of old signs and sign components. Dismantling, disposal and environmental impact fees will be charged for any old signs or sign parts removed from the worksite. Terms of Payment: We require full payment at time of order on all invoices totalling $500 or less. A 50 % deposit is required on all other orders with the balance due upon pick-up, delivery and/or installation. Vendor may, at its sole discretion, extend credit terms to you upon approval. Customer’s acceptance, either in person or through his/her agent(s) and/or employees) of the work shall be deemed as full acceptance. By accepting delivery and/or installation of the work, customer affirms that all work substantially conforms to all expectations. Collection procedures: Invoices are considered delinquent thirty (30) days from the date that your order is completed. After the thirtieth day, a late charge of $25.00 together with interest accruing at 1.5 % per month will be added to your invoice. You shall be liable for all costs related to collection of delinquent invoices, including court costs and attorney’s fees. Lost or Forgotten Work: If customer does not take possession of completed work within thirty (30) days from notification of completion, then the work will be considered lost or forgotten, and Signarama will not be responsible for further loss.
