Dear Ms. Delusky:
I am writing to inform you that based upon a survey of the City Center Park "Dumont Parcel"
completed by LaRose Surveys, P.C. (rev. 1/9/18) certain structures and/or fencing from your property
may be encroaching, onto the City parcel. After some consideration, it has been determined that these
encroachments will not interfere with the recreation utility of the Park and therefore no fiirther action
will be taken by the City at Us time. If in the future it is later determined that these encroachments do
result in a loss of recreation access or utility, or, for any other reason, the City reserves the right to take
action at that time.
For your records, I am enclosing the survey of City Center Park "Dumont Parcel" which was
recorded on January 23, 2018.
