Dear Mr. Belair,
I am re -applying for the CVS Pharmacy signage at Williston and Dorset.
Enclosed are the two permit applications with a set of the detailed drawings.
Per your recommendation we are dropping the sign that was to face the interstate.
Also enclosed is a letter of authorization from the landlord.
I will be awaiting your response with any questions, fees owed and/or the permits
granted.

Per our phone conversation on July 29, Poyant is seeking to amend Permit Number SN-16-19 from
the property's north elevation to its east elevation. (Permit Number SN-16-20, granted for the south
elevation, to remain as -is).
I have enclosed the original permit granted for a north -elevation sign, as well as a site plan with
notes. Please review and, if satisfactory, amend the permit from the north elevation to the east
elevation and return to me in the enclosed self-addressed, prepaid envelope.
